  1. For the Ice cream pancakes First mix the flour and baking powder with all the other ingredients to make a pancake batter and leave to rest for about 20 minutes.
  2. Heat clarified butter in a non-stick pan and pour in the mixture with a scoop and bake until golden brown - keep warm.
  3. Fill the pancakes with chocolate sauce, fold it up and decorate with an ice cream scoop. Add more chocolate sauce and serve.

Tips on the recipe

If desired, whipped cream can of course be used to decorate. Or crispy hips, as well as waffles etc.
